본 이용약관은 Quiz Mania (퀴즈매니아)가 제공하는 ReedSutton 서비스의 이용조건, 결제, 환불, 이용자와 사업자의 권리·의무를 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms of Service govern access to ReedSutton, including service use, payments, refunds, and the respective rights and obligations of users and Quiz Mania (퀴즈매니아).

ReedSutton은 독자 제작 콘텐츠를 활용한 Digital SAT-style 문제 풀이, 채점, AI 기반 리뷰, 오답 관리 기능을 제공하는 온라인 학습 서비스입니다.

ReedSutton is an online study service that provides independently created Digital SAT-style practice, scoring, AI-assisted review, and review-list management features.

ReedSutton의 연습 문제와 설명은 독자적으로 제작된 학습 콘텐츠입니다. ReedSutton은 College Board의 공식 시험 자료를 복제하거나 배포하지 않으며, College Board와 제휴·후원 또는 승인 관계에 있지 않습니다. SAT는 College Board의 상표입니다.

ReedSutton practice questions and explanations are independently created learning content. ReedSutton does not reproduce or distribute official College Board test materials and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. SAT is a trademark of the College Board.

ReedSutton은 학습 도구를 제공할 뿐 시험 점수, 대학 입학 결과 또는 특정 학업 성과를 보장하지 않습니다.

ReedSutton provides learning tools only and does not guarantee test scores, admission outcomes, or any specific academic result.

ReedSutton의 AI 기능은 OpenAI GPT 모델을 기반으로 합니다. ReedSutton은 OpenAI와 제휴, 후원 또는 승인 관계에 있지 않습니다.

AI features in ReedSutton are powered by OpenAI GPT models. ReedSutton is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI.

이용자는 정확한 계정 정보를 제공하여야 하며, 본인의 계정을 제3자에게 양도하거나 대여할 수 없습니다.

Users must provide accurate account information and may not transfer, assign, or lend their account to a third party.

정책 적용 후 첫 Free set을 시작한 날부터 Free 이용기간은 3개월입니다. Free 이용자는 unique test_set_id 기준 최대 10개의 Free set을 시작할 수 있으며, 같은 test set을 다시 이용하는 것은 추가 set으로 계산되지 않습니다.

A Free entitlement lasts three months from the date the user starts their first Free set under this policy. Free users may start up to 10 unique Free sets, measured by unique test_set_id; restarting the same test set does not count as another set.

Free Initial Mistake Analysis는 Free follow-up AI Tutor 사용량에 포함되지 않습니다. Free follow-up AI Tutor는 test_set_id별 최대 10회이며, Free AI Assessment는 lifetime 1회, in-context Vocabulary LLM lookup은 lifetime 10회로 제한됩니다.

Free Initial Mistake Analysis is not counted toward Free follow-up AI Tutor usage. Free follow-up AI Tutor is limited to 10 requests per test_set_id; Free AI Assessment is limited to one lifetime use, and in-context Vocabulary LLM lookup is limited to 10 lifetime uses.

Premium은 현재 결제·서비스 이용 semantics에 따른 unlimited 유료 플랜입니다. Premium 이용자는 해당 유료 이용기간 동안 Premium에 포함된 기능을 unlimited로 이용할 수 있습니다.

Premium is the paid plan available for new purchases and retains its existing unlimited access semantics. During the applicable paid term, Premium users may use the features included with Premium without the Free limits above.

Premium은 신규 구매에 제공되는 유일한 유료 플랜이며, 결제 완료 시점부터 3개월 이용기간 전체 요금을 선결제하는 방식으로 제공됩니다. 결제 화면에 안내된 설정에 따라 다음 3개월 갱신이 자동으로 진행될 수 있습니다. 유료 이용기간이 시작되면 해당 3개월 동안 제공되는 SAT 연습 콘텐츠, 채점, 리뷰 및 관련 학습도구에 대한 디지털 이용권이 즉시 부여됩니다. 취소하더라도 현재 3개월 이용기간 종료일까지 접근 권한은 유지되며, 현재 3개월 결제는 관련 법령, 결제 오류, 중복 결제 또는 서비스 제공상의 중대한 오류에 따른 경우를 제외하고 환불되지 않습니다.

Premium is the only paid plan available for new purchases and is prepaid for the full three-month term once payment is completed. The next three-month term may renew automatically according to the settings shown at checkout. When the paid term starts, the user immediately receives access to the SAT practice content, scoring, review, and related study tools provided for that three-month term. If the user cancels, access remains through the end of the current three-month term; the current three-month payment is not refunded for a change of mind, except where applicable law, a payment error, duplicate charge, or material service error requires otherwise.

이용자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 해지 또는 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 Premium은 3개월 선결제형 디지털 서비스로서, 유료 이용기간이 개시되면 해당 3개월의 디지털 이용권과 서비스 접근 권한이 즉시 제공됩니다. 따라서 단순 변심에 따른 현재 3개월 결제의 중도 또는 일할 환불은 제공되지 않으며, 취소는 다음 3개월 결제 또는 갱신의 중단 효력만 가집니다. 단, 관련 법령, 결제 오류, 중복 결제 또는 서비스 제공상의 중대한 오류에 따라 달리 처리될 수 있습니다.

Users may request cancellation or withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, Premium is a prepaid digital service for a three-month term, and once that term begins, the digital use rights and service access for the term are made available immediately. No mid-term or prorated refund of the current three-month payment is provided for a change of mind, and cancellation only stops the next three-month payment or renewal. Different treatment may apply where required by applicable law or due to a payment error, duplicate charge, or material service error.

이용자는 관련 법령, 본 약관, 서비스 화면에 고지된 안내를 준수하여야 하며, 부정사용·무단복제·서비스 운영 방해 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any service notices. Fraudulent use, unauthorized copying, and interference with service operations are prohibited.

회사는 시스템 점검, 기술상 필요, 정책 변경 또는 법령 준수를 위하여 서비스의 일부를 수정, 중단, 제한할 수 있습니다.

Quiz Mania (퀴즈매니아) may modify, suspend, or limit parts of the service when required for maintenance, technical necessity, policy updates, or legal compliance.

서비스, 디자인, 문서, 소프트웨어 및 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.

All rights in the service, its design, documents, software, and related content belong to Quiz Mania (퀴즈매니아) or the applicable rights holder.

회사는 법령상 허용되는 범위 내에서 서비스를 제공하며, 고객 불만 및 분쟁 처리를 위해 아래 연락처를 운영합니다: 070-8080-1740, support@reedsutton.net, satgpt99@gmail.com. 고객지원 문의에는 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 응답하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다. 국문과 영문이 상충하는 경우 국문본을 우선합니다.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If the Korean and English versions conflict, the Korean version prevails.
